We are looking for field leaders who do more than manage the work happening today. Our foremen are expected to understand where the job is going, plan ahead, manage their crews, and communicate what they need before it affects production or schedule.

What We Expect

• Lead commercial drywall, metal framing, and ceiling crews.
• Read and understand construction drawings, details, and specifications.
• Plan work at least 2-3 weeks ahead.
• Determine manpower needed based on upcoming work.
• Set and track daily and weekly production goals.
• Track actual production and labor hours against the plan.
• Identify when production is falling behind and develop a recovery plan.
• Plan material needs ahead of installation.
• Coordinate material deliveries with the project team.
• Identify drawing conflicts, missing information, and field conditions early.
• Communicate RFIs and field questions to the project team before they delay work.
• Coordinate work with other trades.
• Understand project schedules and upcoming milestones.
• Document extra work and changes before performing the work whenever possible.
• Complete daily T&M/change-work documentation when required.
• Maintain quality and reduce punch-list and rework items.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Lead toolbox talks and enforce jobsite safety requirements.
• Communicate daily with the project team regarding manpower, production, materials, schedule, and field issues.
• Train and develop Lead Men and future Foremen.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who takes ownership of their work.

A strong foreman should be able to tell us:

What did we accomplish today?

How many labor hours did it take?

Did we meet our production goal?

What are we doing tomorrow?

What manpower do we need?

What materials do we need?

What could stop us over the next 2-3 weeks?

If something is going wrong, we expect our foremen to identify it early and communicate it - not wait until the work is already behind.

Career Growth

We are developing a structured field advancement program:

Lead Man → Foreman 1 → Foreman 2 → Senior Foreman

Advancement is based on demonstrated ability, leadership, production, planning, and performance - not simply how long someone has held a title.
