Job Overview We are a top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling company serving Lake Norman. We are looking for a multi-skilled craftsman who enjoys high-quality work and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Perform plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, framing, and punch list work. Use proper tools and equipment, knowing which tools are needed for each task. Troubleshoot issues quickly and resolve them professionally. Communicate effectively with management, office staff, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers. Maintain a clean-cut appearance, organized tools, and a decent vehicle. Identify and communicate potential repair or improvement opportunities to customers, building trust and encouraging repeat work. Qualifications and Skills Strong knowledge of multiple trades: plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, framing, punch list. Independent thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm, no weekend work, and handle a well-paying lifelong career. Comfortable with vehicle and tool allowances, W-2 status with independent flexibility. Desire to exceed customer expectations and be part of a collaborative team.
