Maintenance Planner

West Fraser

West Fraser is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support safe, reliable operations at our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will develop, schedule, and optimize preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mill equipment to reduce downtime and improve reliability. Working closely with maintenance, operations, and stores, you will coordinate work orders, outages, and parts availability using a CMMS. You’ll analyze maintenance data, support root cause investigations, and help implement reliability improvements in a safety-first, team-oriented environment with strong training and long-term career opportunities.
