Tech - CT

Job Summary:
Provides advanced diagnostic imaging services using CT technology to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. Ensures compliance with safety standards and maintains high-quality imaging procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Siemens and GE CT equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images.
• Follow protocols and safety guidelines including radiation badge procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Epic electronic charting system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to determine appropriate imaging procedures.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards, including radiation safety.
• Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging procedures.

Qualifications:

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a CT technologist.
• Hold active BLS, ARRT (CT), and SCRQSA (CT) certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Siemens CT and GE Portable equipment.
• Be able to provide and maintain radiation badges as required.
• Be flexible to work night shifts and comply with travel and licensing requirements.
• South Carolina RN license (or pending) preferred, with proof of application.
