Scandinavian Designs - Dania Furniture is looking for a Sales Manager!

Location: 2655 South Broadway, Boise

Job Type: Full time - Non-Exempt/Hourly

Training Rate: is $18 - $22 / hr during training.

Post Training Rate: You will receive continuous base pay, PLUS personal commissions PLUS commission on overall store sales.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve success.
• Partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously.
• Train, coach, and develop new sales associates.
• Manage store metrics, including sales, inventory, and safety standards.
• Collaborate on merchandising, delivery, and operational processes.
• Bring energy and excitement to training sessions and team meetings.

• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about interior design and customer service.
• Comfortable with technology and adaptable to change.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
