BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Recruiter for a job opportunity located in Columbus, OH 43240 (Onsite, 5 days per week)

Position Title: Recruiter

Location: Columbus, OH 43240 (Onsite, 5 days per week)

Duration: Contract - 7 months Potential for extension and conversion to FTE based on hiring demand.

Payrate : $31.00 to $32.00  per hour on W2

Job Description

• We are seeking a Recruiter (Intermediate) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-cycle recruiting and ATS utilization and a proven ability to source, assess, and deliver qualified talent while managing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Actively recruit for a wide variety of exempt-level positions across functions.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Manage 20+ requisitions concurrently and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate feedback, extend offers, and guide candidates through acceptance.
• Provide consistent client management, follow-up, and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple role types.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with effective client management.
• 3-6 years of recruiting experience, including managing 20+ requisitions.

Preferred Skills:

• Recruiting for product or marketing functions.
• Experience supporting exempt-level corporate roles.
