Maintenance Technician - Property Services + Sign-On Bonus

Kisco Senior Living

The Newbury of Brookline, operated by Kisco Senior Living, is looking for a Maintenance Technician to maintain the community through repair and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and support equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing systems, performing turn-key work for rent-ready apartments, and coordinating with team members and contractors.
