At Alpha & Omega, BCBAs have a real voice, strong clinical and administrative backing, and clear pathways for growth. We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time BCBAs across New York City and Northern Virginia.
Compensation- Full-Time: $90,000 – $120,000/year + bonus potential
- Part-Time: $100 – $120/hour
- Flexible schedules, choose your own hours

- Student Analyst Program, we actively support and mentor aspiring BCBAs and welcome students into our clinical model
- Real leadership and growth opportunities
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and student analysts
- Conduct assessments and update programming as needed
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality and compliance
- Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing
- Licensed or eligible in VA
- Experience working with individuals with autism
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Must be local
- Monday–Friday (flexible)
- Weekend availability optional
- Full-Time and Part-Time available
