(PBS) Professional Building Services is hiring dependable applicants for Part-Time QCA Custodial positions in the Quad Cities Areas: Davenport-IA, Bettendorf-IA, Moline-IL, Rock Island-IL.

As commercial cleaning is a fast-paced industry, scheduling and placement decisions can be time-sensitive. If you are selected to move forward to the next phase of the screening process, it is important that you respond promptly once we reach out to you.


Recruiting hours: Monday - Friday between 6AM-9AM.

What We Offer:
Flexible Shifts: Whether you're looking for Part-Time only, or just a few hours a week, we have shifts available that fit your schedule. NOW: MORNING, Evenings & Nights!
Convenient Locations: We have multiple cleaning sites across the QC area, so you can choose to work at locations that are close to home or best suit your needs.
Pay Range: Between $11.25-$16.50 . Based on locations, tasks, and other factors.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Some Locations have- Mandatory PPE Requirements:
Steel-toe boots are Required and Mandatory to be permitted on-site
PBS issues one set of required PPE, including a hard hat/bumper cap, safety glasses, ear plugs, and a safety vest. If any items are lost or misplaced, the employee will be responsible for obtaining and purchasing replacements.

Special Note:
Due to the fast-paced nature of the industry, multiple building locations, and varying shift details, specific assignment information will be discussed during the phone interview.
