About the Role:

We are seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans for patients and residents

• Conducting nutrition assessments and evaluations

• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care

• Educating patients and families on nutrition and meal planning

• Maintaining accurate records and reports of patient nutrition data

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nutrition services to patients and residents

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Conduct nutrition assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs

• Develop and implement nutrition education programs for patients and families

• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate records and reports of patient nutrition data

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (n/a)

• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
