Front of House Manager

The Front of House Manager will oversee the day-to-day front-of-house dining experience, lead and develop the serving team and work alongside our back of house staff to deliver a great experience for all guests.

Responsibilities would include:

Lead and oversee daily front of house dining operations
Supervise, coach, and motivate servers and other front of house team members.
Ensure dining services are organized, efficient, and welcoming.
Create and maintain a warm, hospitable atmosphere for staff and guests.
Assist with staff scheduling, table assignments, and daily dining room coverage.
Assist servers with end of shift paperwork and prepare end of day paperwork
Train new team members on service expectations, dining procedures and standards.
Work closely with the chef and back of house team to ensure smooth meal service.
Ensure dining areas are properly set, clean, organized, and ready for each meal.
Monitor adherence to food service, sanitation, safety, and company standards.
Assist with special events, celebrations, and other community dining experiences.
Help create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
Lead by example and consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service.
