What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology consultations, follow-up care, and treatment oversight
• Manage complex outpatient cases, including new patient consults and ongoing treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, referring inpatient cases as needed to tertiary care facilities
• Conduct evaluations and monitor treatment progress for patients with hematology and oncology needs
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and documentation standards
• Maintain high-quality patient care in a professional outpatient setting

What You Need

• Active medical license in Wisconsin or eligible for licensing in WI
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Oncology
• Prior experience in outpatient oncology/hematology settings
• Excellent clinical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a patient-centered, team-oriented environment
