You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests and supporting the restaurant’s administrative functions.   
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•\tRespond to phone calls and inquiries made from guests interested in making dining reservations at Parc.
•\tManage reservation book system to accurately record and organize guest bookings.
•\tCollaborate with the Events Team to provide them with timely updates on event inquiries and reservations.
•\tEnsure that all guest interactions are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.
•\tOrganize training materials.
•\tAssist the Management team in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling, filing and record keeping.
•\tAssist in maintaining and updating menus, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
•\tMonitor inventory levels for food and beverage items and communicate restocking needs to relevant team members.
•\tUtilize Restaurants 365, inputting invoices, understanding COGs, and assisting with counts monthly.
•\tAssist in conducting regular inspections to ensure the cleanliness and safety of food and beverage areas.
•\tPerforms other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
•\tHigh School Diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or certifications in hospitality or administration is a plus.
•\tProven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
•\tProficiency in using Microsoft Office and office equipment.
•\tImpeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
•\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills
•\tPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
•\tAdaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, growing environment

•\tMobility: Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, and reach in order to perform various tasks throughout the facility.
•\tGood Vision and Hearing: Necessary to observe guests entering the restaurant, respond to customer needs, and communicate clearly with staff and patrons.
•\tStrength: Ability to carry menus, help rearrange seating or assist with light cleaning tasks if needed.
•\tCalm Under Pressure: Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic environment, especially during peak hours.
•\tPolished Appearance: While not purely physical, maintaining a professional and well-groomed appearance is often required for interacting with guests in a front-facing role.
