Registered Nurse (RN) - Interventional Radiology

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Interventional Radiology to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to work with advanced medical technologies and collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team.

Shift Details

Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
On-call requirement: Approximately one night per week and every fourth weekend, with a 30-minute response time

Responsibilities

Administer care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes promptly
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management
Provide patient education and support throughout the procedure process
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation

Qualifications

Current and valid nursing license; pending licenses may be accepted if the application has been submitted
Experience in interventional radiology or similar specialty preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, as necessary
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members

Additional Information

Candidates must be available to work at least two out of three major holidays.
