Engineering Support Coordinator

Job Description Job Description Join a growing engineering team and play a key role in supporting project documentation, submittals, and operations manuals from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain submittal packages, O&M manuals, and startup documentation
Organize electronic and hard-copy project files
Track project status, timelines, and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments to obtain missing information
Maintain databases, records, and archives
Proofread and distribute engineering correspondence
Provide administrative support to the Engineering Department

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of administrative support experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach throughout the workday
