Senior Media Strategist

Apollo Interactive is a performance-driven digital marketing agency specializing in customer acquisition for the insurance and financial services industries. About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Senior Media Strategist who is analytical, strategic, and passionate about performance marketing to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll own and optimize high-volume paid media campaigns across social, native, and display advertising channels. You’ll work closely with our Media Buying and Affiliate Marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies that generate high-quality leads while meeting aggressive performance goals. Responsibilities Manage and optimize multiple paid media campaigns across Native, Display, and Social advertising platforms. Develop campaign strategies, media plans, and budget allocations to maximize lead generation performance. Execute hands-on campaign management, including bidding, pacing, optimization, and performance analysis. Monitor KPIs and continuously improve CPL, conversion rates, and overall campaign profitability. Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across creative, messaging, landing pages, and user experiences. Partner with designers and front-end developers to build and optimize high-converting landing pages and ad creatives. Produce detailed campaign reporting and communicate performance insights and recommendations. Build quantitative analyses and performance models to identify growth opportunities. Research emerging advertising platforms, traffic sources, and competitive trends. Develop and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and platform representatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, affiliate, and creative teams to achieve business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year university. Experience managing large monthly advertising budgets. Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics platforms. Demonstrated ability to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Native and Display advertising platforms. Strong experience with Meta Ads, Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, and other paid social platforms. Proven success generating leads in the insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated lead generation industries. Experience with Native advertising platforms such as MGID, NewsBreak, Outbrain, Taboola, or similar networks. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, analysis, and campaign optimization.
