A company operating in the property construction industry in Miami is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects. The role involves coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met, monitoring project progress, managing budgets, maintaining accurate project documentation, ensuring compliance with safety standards, identifying and addressing project risks, and fostering effective communication between all project participants.
The successful applicant should have experience with coordinating construction projects in the property industry, familiarity with project management tools and software, strong organizational and multitasking skills, knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
