Quality & Safety Manager

Join GXO Logistics as a Quality & Safety Manager in our Transportation & Warehousing operations. You will lead site quality and safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT and customer standards while driving a culture of zero harm and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing SOPs, conducting audits and incident investigations, analyzing KPIs, leading root-cause and corrective actions, delivering safety and quality training, and partnering with operations and engineering to optimize processes using data, automation and technology. You’ll mentor teams, support customer reviews and help implement innovative solutions that enhance performance and reliability.
