Job Title: Physical Therapist


Hourly Pay Rate: $57.71


Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with inpatient and outpatient experience preferred. The therapist will function autonomously to deliver physical therapy treatments, either through referrals or direct to consumers. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and adjusting treatment plans, assessing patient progress, and ensuring patient needs are met through access to care, patient experience, and quality care metrics. The role involves assisting in program development to meet patient and community needs.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy
• Current physical therapy license in the state of practice
• Proficiency in computers, software, and web-based applications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating schedules

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment programs to achieve patient-specific goals
• Monitor and assess patient responses to treatment and modify plans as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with standards and policies
• Achieve productivity levels related to access to care, patient experience, and quality metrics
• Contribute to program development to meet community needs
• Adapt communication and treatment techniques based on patient population
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards
• Uphold company compliance and privacy standards

Physical and Environmental Demands:
The position involves exposure to blood, body fluids, tissue, and possibly communicable diseases. The incumbent works in healthcare settings with potential occupational risks related to hazardous materials and waste.


Shift: Day Shift 8 Hour
