Lead HVAC Installation Technician

HVAC Lead Installation TechnicianOne Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands, is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the Naples area. We are looking for experienced HVAC Lead Installation Technicians to be responsible for installing residential HVAC equipment and accessories, overseeing Installation Apprentices, and providing our customers with exceptional service.What can joining the One Hour team offer you?The opportunity you deserve to build your career with a well-established company. We prioritize promoting from within!Competitive piece-rate pay.Top-of-the-industry benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, generous PTO and personal days, parental leave, 401k with company match, and more!Responsibilities:Install HVAC equipment and accessories.Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings.Perform start-ups on heating and cooling systems.Perform limited diagnostics.Accurately complete installation forms.Perform before and after walkthroughs of the entire home with customers.Effectively communicate the scope of the job to customers and address their questions and concerns.Train apprentices on various aspects of the job.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Two years of residential installation experience with solid references required.EPA and NATE certification preferred but not required.Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.Authority Brands conducts drug screens and background checks on applicants who accept employment offers.
