We strive to build customers for life by getting involved in the community around us and investing in our youth through Jaws Youth Playbook, our 501(c)(3) non-profit charity.So, whether you love golf, delicious food, or weddings, apply below to use your talent and skills to bring smiles to our guests faces.**What We Offer:*** Opportunities for Growth within the Organization* Employee Golf Privileges* Chef Prepared Shift Meals at No Cost to Employees* Ongoing Country Club/Hospitality Training and Experience* Employee Discounts**Responsibilities:*** Maintain a professional appearance at all times* Provide prompt and efficient customer service* Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware* Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment* Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed* Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them* Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service* Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks**Working Conditions:*** Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 50 lbs. occasionally* Work extended hours during golf and holiday season* Work weekends and holidays* Physical activity including long periods of standing, walking, bending.## Qualifications**Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:**1. A thorough understanding of fine and casual dining2. Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law3. Possess excellent customer service skills4. Must be dependable5. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment6. Working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor and common drink recipes7. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills8. Ability to operate computerized cash register system
