Supervisor

*Supervisor* *Shift: *1st Shift
*Work Environment:* Onsite Operations Center
*Position Overview* The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daytoday activities within the operations center during their assigned shift. This role ensures proper staffing, handles escalations, supports staff development, and maintains compliance with all operational and regulatory requirements. The Shift Lead also provides reporting, documentation, and coordination with leadership as needed.
*Essential Functions*
* *Oversee daily operations* for the assigned shift, ensuring adequate staffing to meet regulatory and operational requirements.
* *Serve as the escalation point* for issues during the shift, following established escalation protocols.
* *Train and develop team members*, ensuring staff understand expectations, procedures, and performance standards.
* *Communicate job expectations*, monitor performance, and provide timely, actionable feedback.
* *Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports* to support leadership visibility into trends and operational needs.
* *Ensure compliance* with all local, state, and federal regulations governing operational activities.
* *Prepare required documentation*, including incident reports and other materials requested by partners, auditors, or corporate teams.
* *Perform additional duties* as assigned by management.

* Experience with *maintenance management* and documentation.

* Experience with *console, router, switch, port server, or printer configurations*.

*Job Type & Location*
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
