Help us deliver reliable, field-ready control panels from our base in Louisville, KY 40223. You will assemble, wire, verify, and document panels that support operational excellence and a great customer experience.

Core responsibilities

• Assemble and configure control panels per engineered drawings and project requirements.
• Coordinate with teammates to meet project milestones and delivery dates.
• Execute quality checks and functional verifications to meet industry and client standards.
• Maintain a tidy workspace; track tools, consumables, and components.
• Troubleshoot wiring, layout, and component issues as they arise.
• Adopt evolving best practices; contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework a plus.
• Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or related trade preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret precise instructions and schematics.
• Team-oriented communicator with a safety-first mindset.
• Proficient and safe with hand and power tools.
• Able to lift and move materials safely as needed.
• Experience in panel building or electrical work required; training available for unfamiliar product lines.
