Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment to meet daily production goals. Ensure quality control by inspecting products for defects and discrepancies. Package finished products according to company standards for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and efficiency. Occasional delivery driving. Provide customer service. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot production issues and improve processes. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Full‑time availability. Clean driving record.Ability to switch between tasks while maintaining quality.
