State Farm Insurance Agent in Jackson, TN is seeking outgoing and customer-focused individuals who enjoy working in sales with the public.

This position will promote and sell insurance and financial services. THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL INSURANCE SALES POSITION. In This Position, You Will

• Sell insurance and financial services for the industry leader (State Farm is a Fortune 50 company)
• Receive extensive training on the insurance business and sales strategy mentoring
• Learn how to run a successful agency
• Pursue the MANY leads the Agency provides and actively prospect for new customers through relationship building, community-based and personal networking, and other marketing activities
• Opportunity to participate in on-site prospecting activities at community and employer events

Agent Aspirant preferred. Agent aspirants are agents team members who are seeking development to become competitive for future job opportunities or roles. While many agent aspirants strive to one day run their own insurance agency, others may want development for additional responsibilities or opportunities within their current agents office.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents employees are not employees of State Farm.
