Job Title Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Job Type Full-time, 40 hours per week. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8 hour shift. Pay Range $30-50 per hour with a signing bonus upon signing of offer letter. Total Compensation $73,680 - $119,600 per year, includes health benefits, 9 paid holidays, CEU days, vacation, sick time, 1 day of jury duty leave, monthly phone stipend. Education/Credential/Licenses Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License Valid CA driver’s license (if traveling between work sites) ADA Requirements Ability to navigate between work sites. Work Settings Clinic, Schools, Early Intervention in-home, Combination. Roles & Responsibilities Roles and responsibilities vary by setting and assignment. School-based COTA: provide services as outlined in IEP, attend IEP meetings, collaborate with professionals and families, track services and required paperwork, billing, data collection, and basic administrative tasks. Clinic-based COTA: provide therapeutic services, collect data, write progress notes and attendance tracking, train parents/caretakers, perform basic administrative tasks. In-home COTA: provide therapeutic services, collect data, write progress notes and attendance tracking, train parents/caretakers, perform basic administrative tasks.
