Dual Housekeeping Manager

You’ll help bring the virtue of hospitality to life while we create an environment that allows you to be your best self and grow. Responsibilities Oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments. Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction. Ensure property guestrooms, public spaces, and employee areas are clean and well maintained. Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc. Qualifications A passion for service with a positive, can‑do attitude. An interest in training and developing future housekeeping leaders. Excellent communication, listening skills, and a keen eye for detail. The desire to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to any situation. Ability to creatively problem‑solve and deliver results. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is required; experience with the specific brand hotel or upscale property is an added plus. Benefits Day1 medical, dental and vision insurance.
