Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehabilitation services for seniors in skilled nursing and post‑acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training, and document patient progress.
