Service Manager (Property Management)

The Position: We’re looking for an experienced and thorough Service Manager to join our maintenance team who will work with the Property Manager to supervise all maintenance staff by planning, prioritizing, monitoring, and overseeing assigned work as well as assisting with making repairs to the community and apartment homes to company standard including, but not limited to, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, and plumbing work while following company policies and procedures, safety standards, and other Federal and State laws. The ideal candidate will have three (3) or more years of current proven experience in multi-family housing maintenance or a relevant field, be HVAC certified, be able to work independently, have excellent time management skills, prioritize tasks, show attention to detail, and have a working knowledge of the English language.
