This is an opportunity to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in both clinic and community settings helping each child's growth. About The Role Providing caregiver coaching and support Developing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans Supervising and mentoring RBTs during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions Collaborating with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation: $80,000-90,000 Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year Schedule & Location Set Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM; Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM.
