Key Qualifications:

• Active Indiana SLP license required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for fostering student growth and participation in school environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to students in kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop and implement IEP-based treatment plans, documenting student progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and school teams to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to state/federal compliance requirements
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive, inclusive school culture
