Job Description
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for families, visitors, and staff at Little Creations Learning Center. This position is responsible for creating a warm, welcoming environment while providing exceptional customer service. The Receptionist performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support the daily operations of the center and must maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all interactions. Qualifications are:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to learn childcare management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Successfully pass all required background checks in accordance with Texas Child Care Licensing requirements.
