Resident Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive, resident-focused care with daily routines including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment while encouraging independence and preserving each resident’s dignity
• Observe and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior; accurately chart care activities and collaborate with nursing staff and families
• Provide additional support for residents with higher care needs, using a calm, patient approach to foster engagement and emotional well-being

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 required
• Minimum 1 year of senior caregiving experience required
