Who Were Looking For

To be considered, you must meet the following non-negotiables:

• Active Arkansas Personal Lines (P&C) License (required)
• Minimum 1 year of Personal Lines / P&C insurance sales experience (required)
• Proven ability to close business and hit sales goals
• Confident communicator with strong phone and relationship-building skills
• Coachable, competitive, and driven to earn more through performance
• Dependable work history and strong integrity

This role is for licensed producers only. We are looking for someone who can start selling immediately.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses
• $50,000$100,000+ annual earning potential

Responsibilities

• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, and other Personal Lines products
• Work warm leads and referrals while generating new business through outbound prospecting
• Make 80 outbound calls per day to quote, follow up, and close
• Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend the right coverage
• Present quotes confidently and close new business daily
• Deliver a professional, positive customer experience every time
