Your role Customer Service - Operations - S2 - GBR What You'll Be Doing Supporting day-to-day operational activities by processing service requests, transactions, and workflow updates in accordance with established procedures Monitoring queues, schedules, and work items to support timely handling of customer needs Documenting operational activities, service changes, and exceptions within required systems Assisting with operational reporting, data collection, and status updates for internal review Escalating service issues, delays, or exceptions to supervisors following defined protocols Following service standards, controls, and compliance requirements to support operational accuracy About Corpay Corpay is a global technology organization that is leading the future of commercial payments with a culture of innovation that drives us to constantly create new and better ways to pay.
