ROLE DESCRIPTION

The Erway Agency is looking for a motivated, relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Sales Specialist.

In this role, you’ll help individuals and families understand their Life and Health insurance needs and put protection in place for the people who matter most to them. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, having meaningful conversations, and turning customer needs into solutions.

You’ll work with both new and existing customers while helping grow an important part of our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help new and existing customers identify their Life and Health insurance needs.

• Recommend appropriate insurance products based on customer goals and circumstances.

• Explain coverage, benefits, and policy options clearly and confidently.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to identify additional opportunities.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

• Stay knowledgeable about available products and industry changes.

• Follow applicable insurance regulations and agency procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable with sales, goals, and performance expectations.

• Ability to explain insurance products in an easy-to-understand way.

• Strong organization and follow-through.

• Sales or insurance experience is preferred but not required.

• Life and Health insurance license preferred; ability to obtain required licensing is necessary.

• Comfortable learning and using agency technology and software.
