Are you a competitive, driven sales professional who wants unlimited earning potential and a career with growth opportunities? Our fast-paced Farmers Insurance agency is looking for a Licensed Sales Producer to join our team full time in-office.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, and being rewarded for performance with uncapped commissions.

Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting
Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
Quote and sell auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products
Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity
Educate clients on coverage options to help protect what matters most

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
Life License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Previous sales experience preferred
Strong communication and closing skills
Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Coachable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
