Are you a competitive, driven sales professional who wants unlimited earning potential and a career with growth opportunities? Our fast-paced Farmers Insurance agency is looking for a Licensed Sales Producer to join our team full time in-office.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, closing sales, and being rewarded for performance with uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Quote and sell auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity
- Educate clients on coverage options to help protect what matters most

Responsibilities- Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting

- Quote and sell auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity
- Educate clients on coverage options to help protect what matters most
- Active Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain)
- Life License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Coachable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
