Rate : $50/hr CTC

The pay range for this role is $100K Max per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Job Descriptions:

• We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer with expertise in building scalable mobile applications and exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions within the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-performance cross-platform mobile applications, integrating AI-powered features, and ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
• Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and AI/ML teams to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML-powered functionalities such as:
• Chatbots and virtual assistants
• Predictive analytics
• Clinical decision support tools
• Voice and image recognition
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR standards.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and application deployment.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in mobile development, AI, and digital healthcare.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Redux, and React Navigation.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
• Knowledge of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• AI Experience
• Experience integrating AI/ML services into mobile applications.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
• Understanding of NLP, chatbot development, recommendation systems, or predictive analytics.
• Experience consuming AI-powered APIs and building AI-enabled user experiences.

Healthcare Domain Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, Clinical Systems, Telehealth, or Digital Health applications.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows, patient engagement solutions, EMR/EHR systems.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy requirements.
• Experience working with FHIR and HL7 standards is highly preferred
