Position: Orders Administrator position

Company: Laser equipment supplier

Location: Irving, TX 75063

Days: Monday -Friday ( Saturdays 1-3x a year )

Hours: 8am-5pm

Hourly rate : $18 an hour/ DOE

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order processing and documenting discrepancies on various logs -(training available) .
2. Assisting the Accounting department with funding directives - (training available).
3. Return and Refund fulfillment for Service and Orders Department -(training available).
4. Manage a multi phone line system -(training available) .
5. Act as communication liaison between Orders Department and other internal departments
6. Adhere to the department SOP

Skills and Abilities:

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal personnel.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for troubleshooting.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in the Customer Service, Administrative or Clerical field .
2. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs., ability to lift and carry over 20 lbs. On rare occasions assist in the shipping department with pulling and packing needs or transport department returns to the service team .
3. Ability to stand, lift, push/pull, bend, squat, stretch, reach, twist/turn, walk, and reach throughout the day, ability to work at a computer and sit for extended periods.
4. High school diploma or minimum required.
5. Must be a permanent resident of the United States with no pending Visa or DACA requirements.
