Clinical Trainer NP/PA Locations: South FloridaCoral Gables, Kendall, South Beach, Pembroke Pines, Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, Palm Beach Gardens, Orlando, Winter Park, West Palm Beach, Doral - May 2026, Midtown Miami Q4Compensation: $60-$80/hrReports to: SVP, Clinical OperationsJob Summary:The Clinical Trainer (CT) is responsible for driving consistent, high-quality, and compliant clinical execution across multiple clinic locations within a territory. This role bridges strategy and execution by ensuring clinical standards, training programs, and protocols are effectively delivered, reinforced, and sustained in the field.The Clinical Trainer leads through strong field presence, coaching Lead Clinicians (LCs), and directly intervening where performance gaps exist. This role is critical in ensuring that clinical excellence is consistently achieved across all locations—not just in isolated pockets.Supervisory Responsibilities:Directly manages Lead Clinicians (LCs)Provides indirect oversight and coaching support to CliniciansResponsible for performance management, development, and succession planning for LCsPartners with HRBPs and Sr. Clinical Partner (SCP) on talent decisionsEssential Job Duties/Responsibilities:Clinical Oversight & Quality ExecutionOwn clinical quality, safety, and protocol adherence across all locations in the territoryConduct regular site visits, audits, and observation roundsIdentify performance gaps and implement structured improvement plansReinforce clinical standards through real-time, in-field coachingLeadership & Team DevelopmentManage and develop Lead Clinicians as the primary driver of clinic-level performanceConduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and performance reviewsBuild leadership capability within LCs to ensure scalable coaching at the clinic levelSupport succession planning and internal talent developmentTraining & Capability BuildingDeliver hands-on clinical training for new hires and existing cliniciansSupport onboarding, ramp-up, and ongoing skill developmentFacilitate new treatment rollouts and training refreshersEvaluate training effectiveness and address skill gapsOperational & Workforce SupportMonitor clinic readiness, including staffing coverage, callouts, and clinician availabilityStep into treatment coverage when needed to support operationsPartner with LCs and Location Directors to ensure alignment with patient demandIdentify and escalate operational risks or gaps proactivelyCompliance & Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and clinical standardsVerify credentialing, documentation accuracy, and audit readinessConduct audits and ensure corrective actions are completed and sustainedEscalate risks or compliance concerns to leadership promptlyNew Clinic ReadinessSupport clinical readiness for new clinic openingsEnsure clinicians are trained, credentialed, and operationally preparedProvide opening support and post-opening stabilizationTalent SelectionConduct clinician interviews to support hiring needs across the territoryAssess candidates for clinical competency, judgment, and ability to perform in high-volume environmentsClearly communicate role expectations, including pace, scheduling, and standardsPartner with leadership and HR to ensure consistent hiring decisionsMinimum Qualifications:Active and unrestricted RN license (NP or PA preferred)3–5+ years of clinical experience, with leadership or training experience preferredDemonstrated experience in coaching, training, or developing cliniciansStrong clinical judgment and ability to assess treatment quality and protocol adherenceAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-site environmentExcellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to travel extensively (up to 100%)Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:Field-based role with up to 100% travel across assigned territoryAbility to stand for extended periods and perform treatments as neededFrequent in-clinic work environment across multiple locationsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentOccasional administrative responsibilities, including reporting and documentationLaserAway offers a generous pay structure with additional earning potential through performance review.
