Contract Paralegal Needed – Civil Litigation (Indianapolis, IN)

Our Indianapolis-based law firm is seeking an experienced Contract Paralegal to assist with discovery in an active civil litigation matter.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, review, and manage discovery materials
• Gather and analyze documents and information from clients
• Draft discovery responses and assist attorneys with case preparation
• Maintain accurate case files and deadlines
• Coordinate with clients and legal team throughout the discovery process

Requirements:

• Prior paralegal experience, preferably in civil litigation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with discovery processes and document management
• Excellent communication and client-interaction skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Travel Requirement:

This position will require periodic travel to the south side of Indianapolis to meet with clients and gather information necessary for discovery responses.
