Location: St. Mary's of Sherman | Part-Time | Sherman, Texas

$300 bonus: It will be paid in two installments: $150 after 30 days of employment and $150 after 60 days of employment.

Play a critical role in supporting the behavioral, personal, emotional, and social development of students. Responsibilities

Positively impact students' educational, behavioral, social, and emotional well-being.

Nurture student potential through personalized, small-group, and classroom counseling, focusing on academic, emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs.

Conduct learning assessments to reveal students' strengths and areas for growth, informing referrals as needed.

Empower parents and school staff by connecting them with community resources that align with students' unique needs.

Ensure administrative excellence by completing accurate, efficient paperwork.

Stay updated on field trends to enhance guidance and support for students.

Foster trust and reliability by adhering to the Counseling Policy Manual, funding guidelines, and school procedures.

Qualifications

What we'll need from you:

• Master's degree in counseling or related field.
• Experience working with K-8 grade.
• One of the following: LMSW, LCSW, LPC-A, LPC, School Counselor Certification.
• Be available for 26 biweekly hours.
