Quality Assurance Lead Direct Hire Opportunity
Pay: $23-$26/hr (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm (can be flexible start/end times) We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to support quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within a warehouse/manufacturing environment. The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for maintaining SOPs, identifying process gaps, analyzing data, products, and partnering with operations to improve efficiency and performance. Responsibilities:
- Lead quality and compliance initiatives across operations
- Create, maintain, and audit SOPs
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement projects
- Collaborate with operations teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
- 2+ years of Quality Assurance or Operations Management experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
- Experience creating and auditing SOPs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Leadership potential and desire for career growth
- Ability to travel for training
- Bi-weekly pay plus monthly bonus ($150)
