Key Responsibilities Advanced troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, automation, and control systems. Serve as the primary technical resource for critical equipment and process issues. Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective actions. Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Establish maintenance standards, procedures, and best practices. Mentor and train Technician 1 and Technician 2 team members. Support capital projects, equipment installations, startups, and commissioning activities. Partner with operations, engineering, vendors, and contractors to improve plant reliability and performance. Drive improvements in equipment uptime, reliability, safety, and OEE. Support change management and cross-functional collaboration. Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent demonstrated expertise. Advanced troubleshooting skills in manufacturing or industrial environments. Proven experience leading technical projects and reliability initiatives. Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities. The expected compensation range for this position is between $58,030.00 and $85,107.00 plus discretionary bonuses.
