Desired Background:

• 2+ years of litigation experience in California
  • Experience in the following practice areas is preferred: casualty defense work, toxic torts, general liability, personal injury, products liability, construction defect, professional liability, medical malpractice, insurance defense, insurance coverage litigation, PFAS litigation, employment litigation, commercial real estate litigation
  • Defense or plaintiff's-side experience is acceptable; the more litigation exposure, the better
• Strong legal writing skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
• An optimistic outlook, a team player
• ABA-accredited law school preferred but not required
• Active license to practice law in the state of California
