Shipping & Receiving Associate
Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming shipments
• Count and track inventory accurately
• Pick, kit, and stage parts for production or shipment
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for delivery
• Move and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
• Enter inventory and shipment data into ERP systems
• Help set up and reorganize storage racks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Shipping and receiving experience
• Inventory, picking, and kitting experience
• Ability to accurately count parts and materials
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials weighing 50+ lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Qualifications

• ERP or inventory management system experience
• Warehouse or distribution experience
• Forklift experience (not required)
• Order fulfillment and packaging experience
• Material handling and warehouse organization skills

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
