Job Overview
- Seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitor / Custodian for a facility in Opelousas, LA
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout office spaces and common areas
- Ideal candidate will take pride in their work and have strong attention to detail
- Full-time position with steady hours
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum office floors
- Dust desks, furniture, and other surfaces
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, doors, and glass surfaces as needed
- Restock cleaning and restroom supplies
- Maintain overall cleanliness of offices and building areas
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report maintenance or supply needs to management
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated
