Emergency Veterinarian Mentorship Training Program - EmERgeBluePearl Pet Hospital is proud to offer our Emergency Veterinarian Mentorship Training Program - EmERge. Our EmERge provides you with the skills and the confidence that you need to be a successful Emergency Veterinarian at one of our state-of-the-art hospitals through one-on-one peer guided mentorship.The BluePearl EmERge Program is designed to give veterinary school graduates the necessary training to become successful Emergency Veterinarians. It is a full-time job from the very beginning, and we will prepare you for your first solo emergency shift at one of our BluePearl hospitals. The program combines lectures, interactive seminars, labs, mentoring, and hands-on practice experience. Not only will you receive valuable training from experienced Veterinarians, but you will also be paid a salary from the first day of your course.What you Need to be considered for BluePearl's EmERge program:You must be a graduate of an AVMA accredited veterinary school or have the ECFVG certification.You must have passed (or pending) the NAVLE.You must have (or be eligible for) a license to practice in the state of interest.Why you should join EmERge:You will receive one-to-one peer guided mentorship in emergency medicine designed to prepare you to become a highly trained and confident emergency clinician.The program provides valuable experience by combining case-based lectures, interactive seminars, hands-on practice labs, and mentoring.Joining BluePearl's EmERge program will provide you with the opportunity to learn from the highest skilled emergency clinicians in the industry, offering the highest quality of medicine for pets and the community.Not only will you receive valuable training from experienced veterinarians, but you will also be paid real world salary from the first day of your course.Program Structure: EmERge is a one-year training program, followed by a one-year post-EmERge commitment.
