Available Shifts :
- Days: 6AM - 6PM 2-2-3 schedule
- Nights: 6 PM – 6 AM 2-2-3 schedule -
- Shift Premium : Earn an extra $3/hour and extra 40 hours of PTO for night shift!
- Compensation: $25 - $27 per hour
- $5,000 sign-on bonus!!!
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor milling equipment to ensure smooth, efficient production.
- Adjust machinery settings to meet product specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment running at peak performance.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure every product meets our high standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with your team to improve processes and drive results.
- Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with milling equipment (preferred but not required).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
