Overview Americare is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide Caregiver / Personal Assistant Caregiver to provide support and assistance with daily activities for our clients. This role promotes independence and well‑being in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island, Bronx, Long Island, and Westchester. Assignments include day shifts and live‑in assignments. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding. Perform light housekeeping and grocery shopping. Prepare meals and ensure proper nutrition. Monitor vital signs including heart rate, blood pressure, and temperature. Assist with basic health needs and medication reminders. Schedule medical appointments and provide transportation. Offer companionship and engage clients in activities. Maintain accurate records of patient care and health status. Qualifications Experience: Not required. Languages: English – Advanced. Employment: Full‑time. Salary: $19.65 – $22.19 hourly. Benefits $22.19 an hour (up to $32.45 for live‑in premium pay).
